Lagging at General Daeruun

I had been having problem with lag in conversations but I re-downloaded the game and this seemed to solve it. I started playing the new expansion but every time I get ot the conversation with General Daeruun it either lags or doesn;t even show me the conversation options. This is getting beyond a joke now especially as I have been a consistent subscriber from the start. I have FTTP broadband which is super fast, I've got a high spec PC and I'm not running any other programmes at the same time so I can't think of any explanations. Has anyone else experienced this on the European server (Darth Malgus)?

I did some searching an haven't found any other posts about this issue either there or on the swtor forums.  Do you experience lagging anywhere else or just this conversation?  Is it happening on all characters or just one?
