Lagg in battlefield 5

Battlefield 5 lagg. does anyone know how to fix this?

all my drivers are updated.

direct12 disabled 

low settings 

 

computer specs 

gtx 1060 6gb 

8 gb ram 

intel core i5-6600 CPU

I have tried this 

 

Turned off the Origin in-game Overlay 

 

A Clean Boot

 

Checked my Graphics settings, and made sure the Frame Rate Limiter is set to 

 60 or 120, depending on my System

 

Made sure Battlefield V has access to my Firewall

 

Connection Troubleshooting etc

 

if anyone can help me with this thnx! :D

Hey @BarryS77, do you notice if the game gets 100% usage in task manger or is over heating? 

 

Also take a look in this thread: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Game-Information/Set-up-for-the-most-FPS-in-BFV/m-p/7166307#M2480 If there improvements you can try out for more FPS.

Hey @BarryS77,

 

Are you using any other Overlays, such as Discord, Nvidia GeForce Experience, etc?

 

If so, I would try disabling those as well.

 

Also, what connection steps have you tried, the ones in this link?

i turned off the overlay and i have done the troubleshooting and it did not help. :P

@BarryS77 Your ram / specs could be hurting you. @EA_Atic already posted my write up for you on pulling out the most FPS in BFV give it a try and see if it helps ....
