Lag when fullscreening Apex

I restarted my computor so I had to  redownloaded Apex. But when I changed all my settings back to how they were I noticed something still seemed to be fuzzy with my lag (mainly mouse lag). I tried many things then tested putting Apex in window mode. It worked perfectly and just how it worked before. Obviously, I don't want to play in a small windowed box my whole life so I was wondering if anyone knows how to fix this issue so my game can run smoothly when fullscreened.
