Lag since update

Since June I have had extreme lag, packet loss icon, server icon and the game is really unstable. I've tried cleaning up my PC, checking drivers and reinstalling BF1 but I still get all icons orange and red constantly since an update.

I can't find anyone else with this exact issue in England (south)

Hello to anyone viewing I am not exaggerating when I say I haven't played without lag for about 2 months now. I've tried everything I can think of. Can someone just for the love of God tell me if this is a wider issue at the least?
