Lag/Freezing for 3-5 Seconds every 10-15 Seconds

So in the past few days for some reason my Apex Legends completely freezes every 10 to 15 seconds and in this time I can still move and shoot but none of the rest of the game is progressing. it'll last around 3 seconds usually and then the game will come back and I'm usually dead by this point. Any help would be greatly appreciated and below are the troubleshooting steps I've already taken.

- Uninstall and reinstall Origin and Apex Legends

- Clean install new NVIDIA Drivers

- Optimized all settings for performance in my NVIDIA Control as well as power settings and in-game settings

- Performed a complete clean install of my entire PC 

- Attempted playing on around 10 different servers with no change

I have a GTX 1070 ti, AMD Ryzen 5 2600, 16Gb TEAMLITE ram, X470 Gaming Pro Motherboard

I am a streamer/content creator so this issue is an extreme setback on that and I would greatly appreciate any assistance that can be given to me on this issue.

It sounds like a connection issue to me.

Have you already tried to Troubleshoot your connection?

Changing your DNS might also do the trick.

Have you any red icons popping up on the top right of your monitor while having those freezes?

Let me know if the connection troubleshooting changed anything.

I’m playing on xbox and having this same issue, I’ll be in a fight and my screen will just freeze for 2-4 seconds randomly. My friend on the series S is having this same issue. it is becoming really frustrating.
