What's your GPU usage? if it's hitting 100% then your GPU is the bottleneck.. try lowering graphical settings or lower down resolution

Check to see if you have downloaded the whole game first. if the game is playable but still downloading, it could be downloading HD textures.

I deleted game and trying to reinstall also I am download old version nvidia driver.
