How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Sort out any random disconnections when they clearly aren’t my fault
What happens when the bug occurs? I disconnect and lose especially when I am winning 2-0
What should be happening instead? I should win

In the last hour I have disconnected twice while winning 2-0, and I received a loss, and it is definitely not my internet

Hey @1212121212321 it sounds like you may be having issues with your connection. I would suggest taking a look at our Connection troubleshooting steps which you can find here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/

It'll take you a couple of minutes to do them all but please do take the time and do them all.
