Knox Greenburg Gave Birth to Twins

Only problem is there are two different moms. Moxie Greenburg was the result of a Have a Baby (with Knox Greenburg) action. Normal birth, child was named Moxie after her dad. Went back to crib and a second baby was there in an adjacent crib. My first thought is Know had twins, kinda glitchy, never heard of it but ok. I go to search in Kalei’s contacts for her twins, only one baby is listed, Moxie Greenburg. I search my other female Sim’s Contacts and found Knox Greenburg Jr. born to Ximena by Knox as well. One Have a Baby action produced twins but to two separate moms.
