Summarize your bug Muting squad members, using "join game" team switch function, viewing user profile, using xbox home button, capturing screenshot, disconnect you from EA servers and kick you from game.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Mute a squad member, use xbox home button, switch teams, capture screenshot, view a profile, use xbox home button.
What happens when the bug occurs? Disconnect from EA servers and kick from game.
What should be happening instead? Shouldn't be dropped from server!

Hey @NUIT93, thanks for the report. A quick question are you using EA Access on Xbox to play Battlefield V?

@EA_Atic No I'm not. I've see this stated as a parameter for replicating the problem. I'd like to emphasize that as well as the other actions that cause the issue other than the known "home button" issue.

@Pelerin52 has this been mid round or between? Or are you attempting to use the functions detailed in my report ticket? I believe there is a separate connection issue than the 100% replicable one using specific xbox functions. Please let me know, as it may necessitate that you create your own report ticket instead of commenting on mine.

I've been periodically losing connection to the server for 24 hours now with a substantial increase in the last 2 hours......literally every 10 seconds. My ISP is spectrum, 421mbps download and 21 for upload, 56 ping 0 jitter and 0 packet loss. Please research and resolve =)

@Pelerin52 so i hear. I just hope they catch all of the causes. I've been trying to include my experiences with the xbox issue, even if it may be the same root cause. I'm tired of all these patch cycles either not completely fixing bugs or introducing new ones entirely. So many people are on their last bit of patience, many have left already. It's sad.
