Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When I play a match
What happens when the bug occurs? I start playing and it says lost connection but my internet is working fine.
What should be happening instead? I should be able to play a game.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When I play a match I get kicked out.
What happens when the bug occurs? I log in to play a match and it finds and opponent and at the 3:45 mark it says lost connection and the match is a draw. Every time.
What should be happening instead? I should be able to play the full game.

It sounds like you may be having issues with your connection @MBOOTS__84. I would suggest taking a look at our Connection troubleshooting steps which you can find here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/
It'll take you a couple of minutes to do them all but please do take the time and do them all.

This happens to me in the Seasons mode -_-... Min 1:38 I get kicked out and I get the game as Lost :/

Good to hear that it's working again @MBOOTS__84.
I'm assuming that it was a connection issue as if it was a ToS sanction you would have received an email with information.
