Keep losing connection

Every single time I’ve tried to play Madden 20 solo challenges for the past week, I’ve made it 2 minutes into the challenge, before the game stops and I get hit with the “ERROR. Your connection to the event servers has been lost. The result from this game may not be recorded.” I don’t know what to do, my internet connection is working fine, not having problems with anything else having to do with the internet.

I havent been able to play solos or solo battles since Saturday 9/14/19 and its Monday I still cant go into them without and error popping up on my screen
