Keep getting kicked

So as of lately I have been playing need for speed heat. On single player to just beat the game and everything works fine but the second I want to load into a online game to play with my friends it keeps kicking me right out even before the loading screen is even done loading. And I didn't pay $60.00 for a game that includes online content and can't even access it. So with that being said. Really really not happy right now with this.
