Keep getting disconnected from ea servers fifa 20

How frequently are you disconnecting? Is it only in Volta?

It’s after every game in Volta. I am unable to advance past the point as it won’t save where I am in the game. Because it disconnects

What system are you playing on? Also, have you done any troubleshooting yet? I'd like to avoid repeating steps. Thnank you.

I keep losing connection the EA servers whilst in-game. my internet connection is strong as there is nothing else having problems. my connection is completely fine, but yet the servers just shut me out. been happening for months to the point I left the game for a while, came back and is still happening. I was in a good division on seasons and now I am in Division 8... I'm also on Xbox one

We should go through some connection troubleshooting to rule out any issues on your end. First, are you on a wired or wireless connection?

Great. That's much better than wireless. Did you already go through the power cycling steps I mentioned previously? If so, something else to try is clearing your alternate MAC address with these steps:

Go to your Xbox One Settings (Just press Start, then click Settings)
Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"

Since the last update to fifa 20, the EA server could not be accessed! PS4

I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

i have been having the same problem as i keep consistently disconnecting from the ea servers, i have tried many of the solutions you have given and nothing has worked so far.
