You can edit your email address by logging into your account settings at www.origin.com. If you need help with this, @EAHelp through Twitter or open a case with a live support advisor here: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/. They can get your email updates as long as you can verify ownership of the account.
The first thing to try is power cycling your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up.

i also have this problem. it's been going on almost for 3 weeks. i did literally everything. only solution i found is to play with mobile phones hotspot. when i connect the internet through mobile phones hotspot i don't live this. someone should do something about it. if it was only me who have this problem i would say it's because of my router but it's not since lots of people have this.
Since you can play through a hotspot, that would mean there's an issue with your router or the network you play on. When you connect to your home network, is it on a wired or wireless connection?
