Keep getting disconnected from ea servers fifa 20 [ Edited ]

Every time Ioad up ultimate team or volta on fifa 20 i cant stay on the servers for anymore than 5 minutes before getting disconnected! Tried everything from rebuilding database to changing network settings was on chat with ea support and they ended the chat before problem was even resolved. Any advice?? Only started happening after the new update yesterday!

Let's see if we can that disconnect issue to clear up. First, what system are you playing on? Also, do you use a wired or wireless connection?

I'm on ps4 and yup wired connection nothing has changed for my internet connection it's still the same just keep getting kicked from server

I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know what happens.

Nope kicked out again literally just scrolled across to squads hit clicked into sbc's and then kicked off servers.

Is it happening at other times besides going into SBCs? Also, are you on a wired or wireless connection?

@EA_Aljo yeah I can just be sitting on fifa main screen and it disconnects me! And wired connection.

Did this just start happening or has it been going on for quite a while now? 

Can you check the network settings on your PS4 and tell me what the NAT type is?

Only started a couple days ago when I got the new update and nat type 2

Can you log in to your router and check to see if UPnP is enabled? While you're at it, check for a QoS (Quality of Service) option and see if it's enabled.
