KOTET CHAPTER IV GLITCH

Every time i try talking to Vette the screen turns black and after a while the cutscene is frozen . I can't  proceed , my graphics are set to very low. I've had this issue before in the same chapter and i got a ticket to skip the cutscene but im not subscribed anymore.

i gather you are using an intel video card ?
