I am having the same problem,

yesterday played a couple of games everything seems fine.

Today i am back to level 1.

No account changes made

On July 22, I logged on to my APEX and found that my account level had changed to level one, my pass level had changed to Level One, my season history was gone, and I had played the game for over a thousand hours, so what happened, i wish I could change it back

Same issue as all of you are having...

I saw another thread and thankfully Mako seems to be helping players....   glad I'm not alone here but I am beside myself.

I was playing the game a hour ago and everything was fine then I get back on right now and it says new ranked split, then I see my levels, battle pass completion, badages are all gone I do have my skins, master badge and my weapon progression but nothing else!!! And I was a Plat in ranked and I can't even play ranked since my level deleted so it says I have to be level 20 to play?!?!

I was playing the game last night and I logged in this morning to find my account being level 1 but I still have my coins and skins. I hope someone can help fix this so I can play the game again

My account reset to level 1 in apex legends after split, I lost the battle pass, badges but I still have all the purchased skins and heirlooms! Any solution to get my level pack!? Or who to contact?
