[July 21] Apex Account Reset [ Edited ]

Hi, I just logged into apex through steam and my account was reset back to level 1, i have no stats, and it is telling me to compete training to play ranked. I was plat 1 and have over 3,000 hours of apex. 

@EA_Mako i’ve seen your response to others issues relating to apex, if you could kindly help me out, that would be great

I logged in today to find my entire account had been reset down to level one and I lost 88 levels of the battle pass…

Hi, @EA_Mako you seem to be the go-to person for issues similar to mine.

Just now I had a few failed attempts to load the game where I got a "Disconnect: PersistenceReadComplete failed" error message when trying to click through from the title screen to the lobby. I restarted my game a few times and managed to load in which I can do now no problem, but my account seems to have been reset to level 1 and I have no account stats and no rank. It says I have to complete training to unlock ranked, but I've been playing ranked all week with no problems until just now. I have 1400 hours playtime.

I still have all of my skins and legends unlocked but the skin option for all legends and guns is reset to the default skin for everything.

I haven't unlinked my account or done anything unusual since I was playing earlier on today, is there a fix I can try please?

Hi @EA_Mako , I logged into Apex today and my account is at level 1 and saying that I need to complete the training. I still have all my skins but it is saying that I haven't even started the battle pass (which I had completed), that I am level 1 ( I was over the first prestige) and I no longer have my P1 rank for this split.

 i returned to the game of Apex Legends onJuly 22th, i changed to the initial number after the server abnormality that night, and it has not been restored, my past level has exceeded 700, and the game market has reached more than 1,800 hours,and my Battle Pass lost level 110. I hope you can help me find the lost file, thank you.

Got the same issue...I'm at level one after 4 years playing 😱🙈
