Joined tank raid but received no rewards

I joined the latest heroic aat raid and after the join period expired entered phase 1 to attack. After a little while I had to retreat to attend to another commitment. I did not record any damage and I did not enter again.  I received no rewards and the final raid leaderboard shows that I didn’t join.

Hi @cBoyajian, if you entered the raid and are missing the rewards from it, please reach out to the EA Help team asap so they can take a look into it (this EA Help article will provide more guidance on contacting support). The more information you can have ready, the easier it should be for them to locate the raid information and assist from there e.g. raid type, tier, date of completion, etc. It'd help the EA Help advisor locate your account if you have your Player ID or Ally Code ready.
