Jag kan inte gå online och jag kan inte låsa upp shipments på need for speed payback. Men jag har xbox live men det står att jag inte kan gå online vad ska jag göra? Jag spelar på mitt xbox one s. Jag tror jag la till en bild så som det ser ut när jag ska go online

Could you try to create topics in english? 

I could understand most of it, because I speak a bit Norwegian as well (kind of similar to danish and swedish, I assume you're one of those), but most people who aren't from that region can't.

According to your issue;

Try and check if your EA account is correct, and if that does not help, try to create a new EA account, to see if that helps.

That's the best I can do though, maybe a mod like EA_Barry can be more of service to you

- make a new account with your birth year before 1999 (do this on your computer)

- now, in need for speed, log in with that new EA account (e-mail and password)

If correct, after that you should be able to go online
