Izzy’s Fashions Freezing Game & crashing

Everytime I try to change a sims clothes to a new fashion in Izzy’s clothes the game freezes and crashes. This has started since the last update. Thank you

That is unfortunate indeed. Have you tried rebooting your device?

Yes I’ve rebooted, I will try it again. I just went and purchased a new outfit and can’t get to it.

Yes it just did it again. 😩 it freezes and the game shuts down and closes.

Should I contact tech or is this happening to others? Sometime I wonder if my ph is to old. I really don’t have issues with other games. It’s very disappointing. If I go use gems like I did today I can’t wear the items. I look for the items to help me get through tasks quicker. Thanks for your help.

Contacting CS sounds like a good idea. 

You can do so through The Sims Mobile app. Open the side menu, choose the gear icon, then the button with 'Help'.
This will open your browser, scroll down until you see 'Contact Us' and choose 'Technical Support'.

Hello! I also have the same problem. The game keep cashing everytime I open the Izzy’s closet.
