I’m having this exact problem, and it started with the last update! It’s been really annoying me. I contacted tech support, and they ended up sending me here.

They do that a lot! It takes me days to get answers to questions. I don’t think they know what to do.

It happens to me too, every time I try to use Izzy clothing it crashes, I cannot scroll through my purchases or delete without it happening, it’s been over 2 weeks now. So frustrating I just don’t know what to do.

This sounds like a bug. Could you open a new post in the bug forum for this?

They rolled back my game and it fixed it but I lost everything I worked so hard for. The 3 quests clothes, everything. My version is 13.0.2.250301 

i got on here now because I have a new issue! It’s telling me I have balloons to spend like I’m on the anniversary quest! I have a yellow arrow pointing and the sim pops up telling to check all the new items.
