It does not let me into the game

Hello, these are days that I can not enter the game. Every time I select my Google Play account it starts loading the game and it closes.

I do not get any message just closes.

I already did everything that they indicated to me erase cache, reinstall, update and nothing.

It only happens when I select my Google play account.

When I enter as a guest if the game enters. Please help me .

Are you able to create a new Play(not a guest) account as a test, and see if that works?

I contacted support and they said there's no way to transfer/duplicate my progress from my old account. Is it possible I reached the wrong department?
