Issue with Twitch drops on Apex

I've had 2 items "claimed" from twitch a month ago (A rare bangalore skin and a rare alternator skin) but I never actually got them in game. Same for the new Loading Screen 5 (It's been 48 hours+). I'm 100% my EA account is linked to my twitch one and I'm sure it's the correct PSN account (Since I claimed drops from other games with the same Twitch account). Tried to contact EA but they said to email twitch instead who emailed me an automated response saying it's the game devs' fault. Does anyone know how to get them? Thank you!

Same here bro, I claimed the current loading screen drop and still hasnt showed up in game. Did you find a solution for your issue? If so maybe that can solve mine

I am also experiencing the same issue. I have confirmed that my account is correctly linked but don't have the loading screen. i contacted twitch and they said its my account which it is not and to contact EA but EA says to contact Twitch
