I did not use the app to create a player. I have also not used the face scan or the app at all.

I have played the demo and my player was created in the demo version. It was ported into my 10 hour trial.

I use the  NBA app to create my guy and i also use the face scan and my guy came from the demo

Used NBA Live companion app on iPhone X on iOS 12 software. Player was created in the demo, then used in EA Access trial
