Guys you're not alone I've been unable to launch the game for 3 days now game just keep buffering and crashes kicking me out of the app. I've contacted their customer support team and to make a long story short they referred my case to their specialist team. I was told I'd be contacted by them when they get more information lol very bad customer service for a multi billion dollar company. This really sucks and to make matters worse I'm a league commissioner and I'm close to receiving master Harden.

Oh man that sucks, good thing I got harden before this happened. Let's see how fast (or slow) their "specialist team" can have this resolved. I'm hoping the maintenance later will fix it. If we can still have 3 days before showdown ends then maybe we can still grind for top 100 but if not it's looking bad for us judging from how EA is helping us lol.

Yeah man game worked flawlessly until the new showdown update and Easter promo. I was ranked 954 in showdown that sucks because you know EA isn't gonna give us a player from the Easter promo for the inconvenience and of course that rank has been obliterated smh

Add another to the list (2 actually, as it's also happening to my league mate). Spent 20 useless minutes on the phone with EA customer service today - of course he told me their tech support team had no record of anyone else having this issue. Such garbage. I was #81 when this happened and had just spent 4 hours playing showdown pretty much nonstop. When I log in the game seems choked by notifications - sold auctions, showdown matches, and the daily start screen.

Unbelievable no we won't let them off the hook that easy either they fix the issue with their servers or it's gonna be a serious social medial gathering about EA sports. They don't make money if we don't play

Me too. I’m stuck just like you guys. Except me and crazyeyes were top 15 in showdown. Now we have fallen because we can’t access a game we all love to play so much. Im frustrated as well just like each one of you. Let’s Spread info on this server issue that’s spreading like a disease. Please Help Us EA!!! PLEASE!!!

Link not working bro Kmoses. Man, EA should already be aware of this since this started 3 or more days ago. If this is like how they fixed the crashes we've been experiencing 3 weeks ago then this might not be fixed soon. I don't want to complain here but man EA customer support just sucks.

Seriously man, going on 3 days here and no response from EA at all. No response in the other bug reports either. It's really demoralizing and insulting.

They are aware. I’ve reached out to EA, got an email back today regarding the issue. I will quote words from Email.

“ I consulted I specialist regarding this. It looks like the reports in our forums with the exact issue just came within the past 24hrs. As of the moment we haven't gotten any instruction from Game and Studio team. As for the specialist, cases like this are mostly because of you server de-sync issue usually after an update or an event. For cases like this, system will re-sync and fix itself within 24-48hrs. For now I would need you to wait atleast 24hrs more. I would also file a bug report to Game and Studio team so that they can be notified about a possible emerging issue. Regarding the post you saw in the forums try to upvote it if possible so that it can get more attention”...

But. Their might be issues on both ends Facebook and EA servers. I’m not 100% sure. Because I also received a call today from them. Saying it could be a server issue with specific Facebook accounts. Because they all are on different servers as well. I don’t know what else to do guys. All we can do is wait it out and pray, pray, pray, it’s fixed soon. Keep your heads up fellow NBALM ballers!
