[Issue] Madden 20 MUT Rewards - Showing "0 Packs opened"

My mut rewards in madden 20 is stuck in 0 Packs opened

Non of my pack openings are showing up in the online rewards section for "MUT 20 Packs Opened"

Hello. I’ve had the game since early release and have opened a ton of packs. When I login to madden rewards it still shows zero packs opened. I have never had this happen with 2019 or 2018.

It stinks that mutrewards.com doesn't recognize packs opened yet, but it's pretty well known that the Madden 20 companion app shows the pack counts properly.

Hello, my Madden Rewards is stuck at zero even though I know I have opened a large number of Get a Player Packs.  Hope this can be resolved!

My mutrewards are still showing that I've opened 0 packs for madden 20 but ive opened a couple bundles already and none are showing up. However, my packs from previous years are still showing.

It shows i have zero online but on the app i reached legendary status with over 1000 packs opened already, is there rewards for this? Thanks.
