Same problem here. Zero packs opened on website. Companion app shows appropriate number

I was in legendary status for madden 18 and 19. When I go onto the companion app and mut rewards it says now that I’m at 0 packs for madden 18 and 19. Madden 20 still says 0 when it should say around 600 to 700 packs. What happened to my packs from madden 18, 19 and 20?

I just had same problem, just grind all day to get to the 89-90 superstar and it wasn’t in my packs

My MUTREWARDS.com account says i havent opened any packs. Theyre off by like 300

It would be nice if they would give me credit where credit is due. Ive opened packs, so many. Everyone has. So how is my balance ZERO. LEARN HOW TO COUNT EA....
