Is there a way to link my Xbox account to my EA account without a computer

I have Garden Warfare 2 and PvZ Heroes but I can’t get the customisations from PvZ heroes in GW2 because I can’t connect my EA account to my Xbox One since I don’t have a computer. Is there a way to link my EA and Xbox accounts without a computer?
