Is there a bug in EA's TOS team? My account was hacked a few days ago, and hackers used cheats to play my APEX. My APEX was banned. After discovering this, I contacted the EA team for further investigation. After reviewing, the EA team confirmed that my account had been hacked and lifted my ban. However, I still cannot play games. I stayed in the APEX game hall for a while and was kicked out of the server, showing that my APEX client was banned?
