Is it no longer possible to donate money to the guild bank as preferred?

Around the beginning of 2018 I played this game and recently I came back. Back then I was in a guild and was capable to donate and retrieve money from the guild bank. However our guild has since then transferred to a new guild and now I can no longer access the guild funds, neither donate nor retrieve it. Has it changed since then or am I missing something?

Unfortunately, if you are not a subscriber, you can not donate or retrieve credits to the guild bank.
