Invite squad members to party button doesnt show. Also no match summary.

Hi i am on PC 

I've never had the invite squad members to party button show up after a match since i first installed it, the buttons just do not appear and i have it turned on. Other people have invited me after a match. 

Also since ranked came out the match summary window doesn't pop up when i finished a match. Its not a big deal because i can press the button bottom right to open it. But i thought that these problems may be linked so decided to include it.
