We are at Day Two of the problem, like said earlier, will be back to post the whole story here.

 

no still not able but we’re on it.

 

either do the same as me and ask for an Account Recovery or you can start by the beginning and ask EA Help on Facebook Messenger or Twitter.

Invalid Account

I just got NHL 20 yesterday and it downloaded today. When i went into the game it didn’t have me do anything with my account. I tryed playing World of Chel but when i tryed going into it, it said my account was invalid. I don’t know what to do.

I’ve tried everything including talking with someone via chat and then on the phone.

they couldn’t even send an email to my address that is on my ea account.

Yes,I have a access to both of the email accounts.

I have two accounts. One I made for my kid.

Somehow it switched from my main account ( ten years on the main account) to my secondary.( my kid’s)

i can’t delete the secondary account and get it switched back to my main.
EA support can’t switch it over or delete the second account .

I’ve been on the phone/ chat / emails 

No help whatsoever.

According to the notes I see on your account, you just need to talk to an advisor to get help with this. However, if you can't receive the verification email they are sending, they won't be able to assist. Are they saying they're sending the verification email, but it's never showing up?
