Intro glitch/game freezes

This happened to me yesterday(the freezing) when I got in the game it was loading the background battle ground and the little flower in the corner froze and my screen turn black and whent back to the Xbox home screen,also the intro glitch happened when I first got the game.does anybody know why it's happening?

Same here but it will just freeze after connecting to servers.
