Instead launch just freeze the whole computer

Hi all!

06.02. The game updated and played the game with no problem.

06.03.  I press the Play now button instead launch the game just hide the cursor and freeze the whole computer.

I tried deleting the .xfr files to make a full verification.My client is ST.

Any idea for solution?
