Instant crash on xbox [ Edited ]

Whenever i try to start apex legends it goes to respawn logo then instantly crashes to xbox dashboard tryed reinstall clear cache nothing seems to be working please get a  fix out asap

Thanks for these reports!

We're currently investigating crashes taking place on Xbox and will update with any news as we receive it.

In the meantime, if your console is set to any of the below languages, try changing it to see if that allows you to launch the game normally.

Swedish, Norwegian, Dutch, Finnish, Danish, Turkish, Hungarian

Game keeps crashing after the intro of the game where it just tells the game is made by ea. To fix this I tried everything I found from ea pages. I restarted my console, I unplugged everything from my console and tried again, I uninstalled the game and installed it back, I cleared my Mac-address and lastly I deleted the local saved data of Apex. It still doesn’t work.

My game keeps crashing before i can load in to the game on series x after season 19 update. Anyone know how to solve this problem?

Having same problem here.. Game is crashing while loading.. Returning to xbox home screen and game crashing. 
Reinstalled the game. Cleared the mac, deleted local saved date and made the power cycle. Game still crashing and wont load. Plz fix asap

Same issue here with Xbox. Game goes through the opening cinematics but crashes back to the dashboard after that. Reinstalling the game didn’t help. Hopefully we get some info about this soon.

What happens when the bug occurs? After clicking on the game icon to start the game it plays the Respawn/EA intro, then it turns black and reverts back to the xbox start screen (game crashes). I have restarted the xbox, tried again and again. Reinstalled the game and done the same again. It is 100% broken.
What should be happening instead? The game should start.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Download the game on xbox series x and try to start it.

Trying to start the game from the xbox start screen all that happens is that the intro for Respawn/EA plays, directly after the EA part has finished there is a black screen and I am back at the xbox start screen.

I do not get into the lobby, I do not see any s19 intro. Nothing after the Respawn/EA intro.

Game is 100% broken. 

I have tried restarting, uninstalling and downloading the entire game again. It is still broken.
I tried restarting after the new install, even pulling the cord after turning it off. Same thing.

Nice thing is...EA are investigating stuttering at 165+ FPS but not this problem....how thoughtful of them.
