Instant Action game configuration menu UI glitched and unreadable

What is your issue related to? General
Summarize your bug Instant Action game customization menu UI has multiple bugs, which include game options list scrolling down a bit after highlighting the last item and not being able to scroll back up (need to leave and re-enter Instant Action game options screen). There is also an issue in the same menu UI when changing between Supremacy, Missions - Attack and Missions - Defend modes. I have set Capital Supremacy as the game mode this issue occurs since there is no option for Instant Action

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Go to Play in the main menu and select Single player mode 2. Select Instant Action 3. Scroll down to the last item in the list and notice how list cannot be scrolled up anymore (even when scrolling all the way to the first item) 4. While the list is scrolled down try changing the mode and notice how the bars for "Friendly hero count", "Friendly reinforcement count", "Enemy count" etc. are glitched with values not readable at all until you highlight another item in the list (visible on images below)
What happens when the bug occurs? Instant action game configuration menu list can not be scrolled back up, and during this state game configuration bars become glitched while changing modes.
What do you expect to see? I expect for game configuration menu list to be scrollable up since that is how list UI should work, and for different game configuration options to not become glitched because of lthe ist being stuck at the bottom.

First image (List initial state.jpg) shows Instant Action game configuration list in its initial form before any UI bugs occur. Second one (List stuck at the bottom.jpg) shows the list being stuck to the bottom and not being able to be scrolled up in any way except by completely leaving the screen and returning. Third image (Game options not readable.jpg) showcases what happens while the list is stuck at the bottom and player tries to change the mode, almost every option becomes unreadable.
