Ingame Problems with Store bought packs!

I bought 5 steadfast packs open 4 of them and haven't receive not 1 item from those open packs and second how do i make a ticket for this cuz i can't find it!

Have you claimed the items from the Item stash ? See this Link

Item Stash

Any time that you open a pack, all of the items that you received will be placed in your Item Stash UI. Unlike the Pack Viewer, the Item Stash is Legacy Wide. This will allow you to move items straight from a pack to any character in your Legacy.
