NFS Heat - Unable to download

Why was my post moved here? Its not the same issue.

Im not even getting past the preparing stage. I tried installing when I got the game and only got the properties option. Restarted Origin and got the download option and it just gets stuck on preparing. I installed Battlefield 4 with all its DLCs without a problem like a month after I tried installing NFS. I reinstalled Origin and Im still having the same issue with NFS. Its like Origin didnt register that I own the game or something. Is it possible that the game can be removed and added to my library again?
