That is nice to hear, we already had a number of connection breaks, just like before. In the multiplayer game for two against 6 x AI, when one gave up the connection was gone.
I also had stuttering, it got worse and worse the more units went into battle. It was so bad afterwards that the units e.g. the selection was selected about 30 seconds later. A buddy was already on the statistics screen (end of game), while the units were still fighting for me, of course there was also a disconnection.
I already had light stutterers during the campaign, it is particularly noticeable when you want to attack opposing units, they are already a bit further and the unit receives the move command and not the attack command.
I guess it's due to the graphics card, but it still takes a while until my new one arrives, so I have to play with the current one.

Same issue. Makes game unplayable. Similar to extreme drop in fps or extreme lag.

I am having stuttering issue whenever I move units, explore maps, and units are engaged in heavy firefights. It is more severe in Red Alert. Tiberian Dawn seems stutter less, but the gameplay is not still smooth. I even tried changing display resolution, but the results are same.
