Sims Haven't Leveled Up and I can't Purchase Featured Packs

I was following orders, after that I was waiting at least for three minutes, couldn't get a pack. I can buy simcash etc but not packs. Scrolling scrolling scrolling, but no result.

We think the issue with the "Transaction in Progress" message while purchasing packs might be related to the size of the images the game is trying to load. While we investigate, are any of you guys still experiencing that specific issue since Tuesday's update?
