Sims Mobile isn't compatible?

Sims freeplay works fine. Sims mobile doesn't. Everything works exept sims mobile. This is rubbish! Thanks ea for getting everyone exited for an app that doesn't work for most people.

From what year is your device? I don't know of a way around it, do you have enough space on your phone to install the game?
