Indefinite load screen [ Edited ]

I also have this issue on my Series X, havent played the game for a while but when i installed it again and tried to load it up i only get as far as to contacting EA servers and after the text dissapears the loading daisy comes again and loads indefinately. I hate when games dont work as intended, and i hate even more that some companies dont care about their products enough to fix them once a problem occurs !!

I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

@EA_Aljo @EA_Barry Guys, come on this is a known issue, the series x and s take about 5 min to load the game.
