Incursions April- No download option, only given to random players [ Edited ]

I didn't realise Incursions launched in April was only given to random players. I see Incursions available now  in game, registered for it, get the message "You now have access to Battlefield1 Incursions"  and waited the past week for download to appear. EA should tell us that its arandom download  or that I dont have access. There was a Twitter saying something about issues with downloads for some people but not that some people would never get the download.

AnkitI mean once you are registered for it there is a random chance players get the option to download as its decided by servers only for few players,

When it was released there were some issues on PS4 about which DICE was working with their partners to solve. There might still be some issues.

Have you tried clearing your cache and logging out and back in?

Unfortunately Incursions are currently only available in the US and EU on PS4, could that be a factor here?

Thank you, that makes much more sense than downloads being given to random players only. I am based in Asia so that explains why I can't download. Is there a plan to give players based in Asia Incursions at some point?
