In-game violations

So I want to post on the forum and I get this message. 

Your forum access is currently restricted due to an in-game Terms of Service violation. Access will be reinstated once your game access has been restored. If you feel you are receiving this message in error, please contact [edit: email address removed].

Funny thing is I hardly if at all interact with any player on the game.  Has anyone else received this.

Hey there! As far as I'm aware, if your account gets suspended/banned from the game, your forum access also gets restricted. If you think your ban is unjust or you have questions, I suggest you contact the email provided in the notice.
