In game ticket

In game ticket #33902852 was placed on 05/05/2019 and is currently open.  I purchased the Unrelenting Terror Armor set from the Cartel Market on a new Bounty Hunter alt, claimed, added to my inventory, and equipped it.  I then decided to delete the BH Merc and rerolled a BH PT.  When I tried to equip the UTA set it wasn't showing in my collections.  The ticket is asking to restore or place the UTA in my collections.  What is the turnaround time for an in game ticket?

According to this thread, the average response time for a ticket is 8 days.
