Do you have the proper rink unlocked or in use as well? That can limit what effects you can apply.

You know those smokes arter goal, that comes from scoreboard or behind net? my club unlocked it, but i just cant press on them to apply (

That’s ok, no screenshot needed. I know what you mean, but since my clubs already unlocked everything I can’t directly check what level you need to be at, but I’m sure that’s the issue here.
It should say somewhere, like before you enter the goal smoke effect page, which level your club must be at to apply. It’s weird, but some things will unlock by, say, scoring 300 goals as a club, but you can’t apply it until your club reaches a certain level.
