Im getting Sims 4 Game time.

When I start game time, will it continue when I am not playing it or will it only reduce when I am playing it and stop when I exit?

Game Time runs as soon as you start the game after installation. Whether you are playing or taking a break the time runs.

I totally agree with you. That is a shame. It would be nice if the game time clock would stop while you aren't playing because people have to go to sleep sometime. Leaving the time clock on while its not being used seems unfair- thats like saying we have to stay up all hours just so we would be using the game time instead  of it being wasted.
