Ilse Shattenwolf skin crashing my game

Every time I have tried to use the new axis elite (Ilse) the game drops in frames and shortly after crashes and I am unsure on how to fix it, I bought the new elite bundle and the allies elite (Norman) works fine but Ilse don’t work even on my company. I am on Xbox.

Do you get any error messages? Try to power cycle the system by following the steps below:

1. On the console, press and hold the Xbox button until the light behind it turns off(about 5 seconds), which means the console is off.
2. After the console has shut down, unplug the power cord and wait 2 minutes.
3. Plug the console back in and turn it on using the Xbox button.

NOTE: Power cycling will reset the network card and clear the cache.

If that doesn't help, try to completely reinstall the game.

Ok thank you I’ll try it, I’m also not getting any error messages the game just crashes and boots me back to the Xbox home screen
