[ISSUE] - Stats reset - Rank 0 [ Edited ]

hi guys, 

i have a big issue atm. all my classes and my level got reset to 0 :/ this is a huge problem for me and im very upset about this.

could you please sort this out for me asap. 

i was level 43. scout lvl 10 and assault lvl 9

Hello everyone,

I'll see if I can merge all the threads into one.

If your rank should be displayed as 0 and your stats appear to be reset - just hang in there while we're working on this. It usually means the stats temporarily cannot be synced correctly, therefore they cannot be displayed. There is nothing you would have to do on your side, just give it some time.

Any update on this? Encountered the same issue on PS4. Was rank 66 and now back to 0. All infantry classes were rank 10 and reset to 0 as well. The only thing still remaining are my purchased unlocks...

If the Servers and all that work right again, then it should be fixed after you played a few matches.

Then it should show all right again!

Do not know how long it takes, that the servers and all is working right again.
But a CM told me that the Stats will come back!
And after playing a few matches, then it should update your Stats.
